These terms are issued by Lydex Audio Inc. ("we", "us") and cover the Lydex website and community. Purchase and use of the Lydex Android app is additionally governed by the Google Play Terms of Service.

Register with an email address you actually control. You are responsible for keeping your credentials safe and for activity under your account. If you spot an unfamiliar login, revoke the session and change your password.

One account per person. Bulk or automated registration will be banned.

This is a place to discuss music playback and audio gear. Please do not post: unlawful content, content that infringes others’ rights, advertising or spam, personal attacks or harassment, or other people’s private information.

Do not distribute pirated music files or cracked applications here, and do not ask others for them.

We may remove content, lock topics, and suspend or close accounts. Serious or repeated violations lead to a ban.

You keep the copyright to what you post. By posting you grant us permission to display, store and distribute that content on this site so other users can read it. You can delete your own content at any time.

Only post content you have the right to post. We remove content upon a valid infringement notice.

We read every bug report, but we do not promise a specific response or fix time. Reports with complete device information and reproduction steps get looked at first.

The site is provided as-is and may be interrupted by maintenance, faults or circumstances beyond our control. We work to keep it available and your data safe, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service or that data will never be lost. Keep your own copy of anything important.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect losses arising from your use of the site.

We update the date on this page when the terms change. Continuing to use the site means you accept the updated terms.
